An example of being angry is when, you studied so hard for an exam and you get a really low grade, of course you'll be angry because you know you studied and there was no way that you were gonna get a bad grade but you did. It also often occurs when your being annoyed. When someone or even something is annoying and you can't take it anymore you start to get angry. Anger also involves certain styles of thinking, for example, "She said my dress was ugly. That is so rude she should've kept it to herself, now I don't want to go out. Another technique is to exercise, exercising will keep you away from all the anger you have in yourself because you'll be focused on your exercise.
